E. Gaynor Brennan Golf Course is a former private club in Stamford, CT that opened to the public in 1949. The golf course is a short drive from New York, and has affordable rates for non-residents. Getting a tee time is not too difficult compared to other courses in the area.
The course’s relatively short length is balanced by tight fairways and small greens. While helping with the overall difficulty of the golf course, this can also slow down the pace of play on a busy day. An average round at Gaynor Brennan should still not take nearly as long as nearby courses in Westchester County.
